Why Mcafee detects the software as a threat?
I have attached an image from the quarantine element list.
I want to install but I need to know about it.

I am not sure why McAfee would be saying anything is a threat. The only thing I could think of is because there is a dll to listen for processes (games) to exit and then backup if the setting is enabled within Game Save Syncer. This does require administrator privileges.
You can run the software in non admin to eliminate the application from doing this.
I will run the application through some other anti virus software to see if it picks it up as well.
I am working on saving enough to get a certificate for the application so that this should not happen in the future.
